Avalanche Endurance Events stage SF tests for civvies. No weapons on this race but the dangerous Sid and Winston accompanied me. Next best thing to being in the military.
In September 2016 Janey completed a 90 mile hike in 39 hours with the support of Her Majesty’s Royal Marine Commandos.
In the summer of 2015 Janey completed the 630 mile South West Coast Path planting sunflower seeds along the way for wounded soldiers from the Afghanistan Campaign.
Janey snuck off on a hen do and climbed the highest peak in the Montserrat Range.
Janey spent two years on and off working with a great production team in the Surrey Hills presenting Kenwood kitchen appliances.
Injury comeback challenge. We might have come last but we finished.
In 2011 Janey built a contemporary travelling art gallery. If she couldn’t find adventures as an Army lawyer she would find it out the back of a lorry.
In 2010 Janey fractured 5 vertebrae after she ended up under a racehorse. A pivotal turning point in mental and physical growth.
In 2007 Janey undertook recruit training at the Honourable Artillery Company, a reserve unit in the City of London and the oldest Regiment in the British Army.
In 2010 Janey began exercising racehorses on Epsom Downs before work. A welcome relief from the monotony of an office job.
